Salve, qualcuno può dirmi se questi annunci sono reali? È davvero possibile trovare una casa a 30 minuti – un’ora di macchina da Bratislava per 1000€ con le utenze? Come posso verificare che un annuncio sia reale? Sono un po’ confuso, perché su questo sito ci sono abbastanza annunci con un valore fino a 1000€, ma se cerchi nelle singole agenzie immobiliari o nei gruppi Facebook, il valore è molto più alto. Sono interessato all’affitto di una casa di 3 locali con piccola zona ricreativa, in zona tranquilla e con posto auto. Forse i membri del gruppo saranno in grado di fornire consigli sui luoghi. O a cosa prestare attenzione quando si cerca un alloggio in Slovacchia. Well prices seem realistic for them. The first one is just half of a house (double house – one house with two separate living units) the third one is in Hungary by the way.
Not sure how to avoid scams, but basically never pay anything before you sign a contract. There are no “common” fees before a contract. If they insist you have to pay some fee before contract is signed it’s most probably scam. Also if course you should check properly. If you want to be 100% sure you can check owner of property online, it’s public information to confirm everything is alright.
You should also be aware that you will pay provision to the realtor (usually 1 month of rent) and deposit (usually 1 month of rent) so for 1000e per month you will pay 3000 at start
