Compared to citizens, Denmark, Estonia, UK and Canada lost most soldiers in Afghanistan. I served with all of them and trust me, it’s not because they are bad soldiers – we took and fought in the most intense and bad areas of that country.
Trump and his supporters already provided his worldview – you either have nuclear weapon or you deserve to be invaded and disrespected. Denmark doesn’t have nukes and being disrespected by Trump same as Ukraine

Rookie numbers. The Kurds lost 20,000 fighters battling ISIS. Yet, we were betrayed by both the USA and the EU when they allowed their ally, Turkey, to rescue ISIS and later recruit them as proxies under the name SNA in Syria.

The only chance to stop this is immediately deploying troops (multiple brigades) from several European allies to all cities and harbors. Trump will not attack European military forces in Greenland, but he will occupy it if it not defended.
Once he seizes it, he will lease out multiple bases and ports to Russia in the name of “International security.”

My friend was in afganistan with USA soldiers in Helmands. From theyr company 2 guys lost theyr legs and one get killed. He is the one who lost hes leg. He said hes keg was small sacrefice for world peace and that USA is our allay. Well you can imagine what he rhinks about it now.

It was always a mistake to follow the US in their military adventures in Afghanistan and Iraq. Especially Iraq, which was an outright criminal war based on lies. European countries that participated in that enterprise because they thought it would please the Americans made themselves complicit for no good reason. Of course it’s tragic that European soldiers died there and they may not have understood precisely what they signed up for. The blame is completely on the governments that made the decision to send them there for no actual benefit. Let’s hope this slavish “Atlanticism” is now dead and the same mistakes will not be made in the future.
