Eutelsat si offre in sostituzione di Starlink in Ucraina

Here in Canada, all of the phone lines are owned by one company and all of the cable for tv and internet is owned by another company. The government has legislated that the owners of the infrastructure have to license bandwidth to smaller internet providers and phone companies, because nobody should have a monopoly.

I don’t see any reason to double the number of internet satellites over Ukraine, just pass a law that they must license them to domestic internet suppliers *or remove them*.
