Looks like a good place for market stalls to me, outdoor markets are popular and generate business.
Why?! Ireland is too cold. Pools are great as relief from the heat and Ireland never gets hot enough for long enough to benefit.
Just build the lido and be done with it
Would be great to have a well run public lido in Dublin.

Would have been kind of cool to actually have something like a white water rafting facility in the centre of Dublin.
A pity some people couldn’t get their heads around the idea that it’s not a 1:1 formula between building homes and building other infrastructure.
