Switzerland being a capitalist venture as always
According to Art 74. Federal Act on Gambling (inofficial translation, as it only exists in the national languages) this form of advertisement is legal, this is all that counts.
That being said, people with gambling issues can let themself be banned from casinos in Switzerland, so they are unable to play.
