I love this strategy by Ukraine and Europe. Essentially this is holding trumps feet to the fire because the EU peacekeepers was his idea so now they are preparing that plan. It will be more difficult for trump to drop that condition as soon as the Russians start to push back. Trump may have thought EU countries would never agree to it and if so he’s probably frustrated that they are now preparing to implement it
