Long story short, I’ve got to the DXB airport 6 hours before the flight as I was confident that I would have been able to get to one of the lounges (past security checks).
Unfortunately Cyprus airways has had a website bug for days and I’m unable to access my digital boarding pass.
Call center says there’s NO WAY they can send me it to me and check-in wouldn’t open anytime soon…
is anyone is experiencing the same?
I know it’s partly my fault since I got to the airport so early but is it too much to expect for the airline website to work?!
