Vivo in Germania da un anno e ho ricevuto il primo Nebenkosten. Siamo due nella proprietà e 3+1 camere. Sono molto sorpreso dai risultati. Nell’edificio, in tavola, l’appartamento è piccolo ci sono alcuni appartamenti 5+ persone che vivono. Puoi per favore dirmi se è troppo o normale? Vedi qualcosa di Sus?

Pretty sure they cannot just say “Other costs administration etc” and call it a day…
Also, most likely the water usage would need to be distributed using a meter and not based on area.
Google Mieterhilfe, mieterring and your town. Or Verbraucherzentrale and your town .I would ask the neighbours too.
