It’s just an acknowledgement that he won’t be in the room where the concessions to Russia are discussed.
So he changed his position from special envoy for Ukraine and Russia to only Ukraine, is this a good thing?
With Russia saying they don’t want to negotiate with Gen. Kellogg, I expected Trump to fire this guy…
