The drone took out the antenna. Globe overtop is just a lightweight weather shield for the rotating antenna underneath. The antenna however is relatively easy to replace.
AI generated video really isn’t necessary in that context of real war.
Probably going to want to hit it a few more times for good measure. Wait until the repair team shows up and take out the tech support as well.

I was wondering that there is only so little about this, but with the name.
It’s transliteration hell.
Ukrainian doesn’t have the “ё” which is a “yo” and so it is written as “РЛС Утьос-Тм”
and this to English gives “Utyos Tm”.
The direct transliteration from Russian to English makes the “ё” to an “e”
(like Gorbachev, while Gorbachyov would have been phonetically more correct).
The Utes-Tm is made by Almaz-Antey a company with many locations.
