This is the West Cork landlord who burned her car, and buried the other car along with all of her belongings. He hasn’t paid a cent despite owning several properties and some without mortgages. He should be in jail.
38.5k seems like a pretty low pay out for what she endured…
Imagine thinking you can bury someone’s car and get away with it. Seems this guy has some serious mental issues.
F that. He should have to sell the property and pay the amount or loose the property.
A lien means very little because they will decide to just not sell. And the person is still out of pocket without having their stuff, plus the cost and effort of court costs.
