Ho bisogno di alcuni consigli su un pacchetto che ho inviato in Germania con Deutsche Post da un altro paese. L’ho spedito il 3 febbraio e aveva il monitoraggio. All’inizio sembrava tutto a posto, ma dopo 10 giorni, il monitoraggio è stato aggiornato per dimostrare che è arrivato in Germania e ha cancellato le dogane. Da allora, non ci sono stati ulteriori aggiornamenti per un mese.
Qualcuno ha provato questo? C’è qualcos’altro che posso fare per individuare il pacchetto? A questo punto, probabilmente è perso o potrebbe essere ancora bloccato da qualche parte?
Qualsiasi consiglio sarebbe davvero apprezzato!

I have the same problem tracking stopped on 11 march . I think the system has not been updated yet
Maybe it should work in sometime.
Did you try the most obvious thing, calling the phone number on your receipt?
It might be stucked in “Zoll” and is wayting there. If you are the sender contact the company you send it with and let them do the research. You could also try to contact the Zoll-office in your region and ask there.
There’s an option to ask DHL to start investigating the loss of the package (Nachforschungsauftrag), search for this on their website. Once they lost a pair of glasses I ordered online and had to return as the prescription was wrong. The package was never delivered back to the seller and DHL compensated the costs. I didn’t have to call them, just submitted an inquiry through the website with the invoice and other proofs
