      EDIT2: I pulled out the rest f the rolls and it looks like only 1 of them is smaller https://ibb.co/vvCDt7xv . Crysis averted, we can put down the pitchforks! I think it might be just a manufacturing error or maybe they are slowly replacing the big ones with smaller ones. Either way I am an idiot for not checking the rest of the package! 😀

      That’s a huge change , I bet the snakes made it taller so the packaging looks similar sized ?

      You do know that the Floralys range is ***huge*** and covers a wide range of SKUs? So you need to be a bit more specific about what exact SKU you’re comparing here.

      Use both sides, halve the cost. /S

      Lidl pricing has crept up over the past 2 years. Shrinkflation is part of it.

      This is why I order loo roll from Who Gives A Crap. Nice, dense rolls, consistant price for years, no plastic, and didn’t have to worry about shortages even through the pandemic.

      I noticed this when I tried to put the toilet roll on my holder and it no longer fit! They’ve made the cardboard hole smaller. Mines from aldi

      Why would they change the size of the toilet roll? Toilet roll holders are a standard size. Are people more likely to get new holders or not buy this particular brand of paper any more?

      The new sheets may be smaller in size but the overall diameter of the total roll *might* have increased.
