As a curiosity the Speaker of the Parliament (in the first two photos) dealt with Zelensky in Ukrainian. He did a PhD in Slavic linguistics before his entry into politics.

I’m really curious, what’s Stubb’s reputation among Finns like?
Judging by the interviews I watched of him recently, he seems like a genuinely good, pro european politician with sane and pragmatic views. But I thought the same about Macron, yet he appears to be hated with a passion for his domestic policies.

I wish nothing but the best for Zelensky and the people of Ukraine. It’s good to see they have allies that will actually help them, instead of digging in his pockets for payment.
The prime minister gifted Zelenskyy a handmade wristwatch, made from steel of a destroyed Russian T-90 tank. The president presented him with the highest state award a foreigner can receive, The Grand Cross of the Order of The White Rose of Finland.
Symbols and words cost nothing.
The nearer a count lies to Russia, the more reasonable they are toward Ukraine’s struggles.
It looks like Zelensky and Stubb got along very well. Zelensky looks almost relaxed and like he even had some fun. Makes me happy to see him feeling safe in Europe.
It’s nice to see friendly faces and real alliance. I wish I could hug this guy.
