Just googled Riverty, they’re responsible for Amazon. Did you order something from Amazon that you didn’t pay for?
All4Sports. Sounds Like a Sports Shop and it says you didn’t pay for two orders.

What does it mean “you do not remember”? Did you or did you not order from them?
They have your address and a customer number associated with it. I suggest getting in touch and figuring out why.
Write back, asking for details of the original invoice. State you’ve never received any of the _Mahnungen_. If you’re sure you’ve not ordered whatever this is about, reject their claims. A semi-informal letter will do. Set them a deadline to respond by. Follow up if they don’t.
Did you buy anything in January? Maybe a subsciption?
You should have received several letters since 2. januar 2025.
Check your emails and scroll back to around whenever they claim the order is from (02.01.2025 I assume), so check like the second hand of December and first week of January. Maybe Christmas presents? Maybe a yearly subscription to something? Insurance maybe? Amazon prime? Maybe check your bank statement and see if a similar payment was made beginning of last year? I guess you could always call and ask
Riverty is somewhat serious and it may be that some bloke bought stuff in your name. If you do not have a clue about it and riverty cant provide you with more info other then shopname and rechnungsnummer it might be a good idea to get a lawyer for this.
It’s helpful that they are listing what the original sum is about.
According to their listing, someone (maybe not you) ordered something from http://www.21run.com on January 2, for 255.90 EUR. And did this twice for the same amount, both orders have a unique order number TDE…
Before you reply to Riverty or go to their website, you should contact http://www.21run.com tomorrow as soon as possible, name the order numbers TDE… and ask what it is about.

Have you bought something at this All4Sports B.V. for example on 21run . com? Check if you can match it with an invoice or anything you ordered. If you are sure you did not buy anything, write them a letter, don’t forget to mention the case number and date. I would write something like
“hiermit widerspreche ich der von Ihnen geltend gemachten Forderung in vollem Umfang. Ich habe die behauptete Bestellung nicht getätigt und kann diese nicht zuordnen.
Ich fordere Sie auf, mir detailliert nachzuweisen, wann und wie ein Vertragsschluss zustande gekommen sein soll. Bis zur vollständigen Klärung werde ich keinerlei Zahlungen leisten.”
To that add a DSGVO Artikel 15 data request, use the standard form found at the website of a Verbraucherzentrale or so.

You will need a lawyer.. but maybe first try without. Ask them what’s going on you can use the online service, there will rise automatically the price when you disagree. Don’t get panic of that
River does the monthly payment for Amazon . Maybe you failed to pay some monthly payment and now they are starting an inkasso. Check your Amazon account for monthly payments and check if some payments are still open you could easily miss that if you set it to a monthly payment.
Assuming the letter is legit and if you are certain you did not order what they allege, check here whether your personal info may have been compromised

It’s possible someone is using your identity
Have you bought anything from a private seller, like ebay? Something that looked too good to be true? A great Deal?
My husband was scammed like this. Bought a book on eBay, the eBay seller ordered the book on Thalia in his Name and never paid. We only noticed when the 3rd Mahnung arrived with the mail (the first 2 went to the eBay sellers email)

I also recently received a letter from a debt collection company. I had never made the purchase listed in the letter.
The solution was that the sub-company that was responsible for researching the data had done sloppy research and had confused me with a person with the same name. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. Sometimes it sucks to have a name that many others also have.
My point is that it can also be a case of mistaken identity. If you really haven’t made this purchase, check in with them and match up details, such as your birthday, with the ones they have. Some debt collection companies also have extra hotlines or email addresses just for this purpose.
Happened recently in my company that we sent some customer to Inkasso by mistake or too soon.. contact the company and say you know nothing about the bill

You can google the official riverty IBAN, it doesn’t fit. Call riverty, the real one NOT the number on any of those letters. Just google the company. They can likely confirm this. If not, they can help you understand What the charges are about. But like I said 99% scam.
Riverty is also handling Amazon payment. Have you ordered something from Amazon?
