He might have had some kind of case in someway against the school had a it all been heard out properly, but the fact that he went against multiple court orders to leave the premises is why his bank account was frozen.
Can you imagine the distress that it cause the kids going to school every day seeing him stood there knowing that he had been asked to leave the premises and refused. It’s mad that people are still defending him.
I’d say the reason he’s only got 40 grand in his bank account is that mummy spent it all going to America to cause a scene!

I actually think the Burkes are right here and they’re being treated horribly by the state. All he wants to do is protest for his religious beliefs outside a school which equally treated him badly and he ended up in jail and now has had his money taken from him.
But then again, what would I know, as I’ve suffered a very serious brain injury having been kicked in the head by a donkey in Bettystown as a child and have just soiled myself… again.

The muppet doesn’t realise he lost his case and legal costs and fines from the court were put on him. The court has the power the seize his funds and garnish his earnings, if he leaves the country the judgement follows him. He may open another bank account abroad but the court will find out, all thanks to EU legislation.
He was suspended for accosting the head teacher at an after school function.
Then he was imprisoned for contempt of court.
He can deal with his grievances re his transgender feelings in private but he wants to be a martyr.

Why does he continue to get airtime? It’s all his own fault. It’s gone far beyond objecting to pronouns.
The school asked teachers to address a child by different pronouns, and he refused based on his religious beliefs. Fair enough.
But he openly confronted the principle and based on how we’ve seen his family behave, you can get a fair idea of how it went. His confrontation led to disciplinary action and he was placed on paid leave pending review.
Again in classic Burke fashion, he continued to show up to school and the whole thing turned into a circus, he ended up in jail for breaking a court order and accumulated fines for continuing to disobey the order.
So it’s all 100% his own fault. All of his siblings are extremely clever and they would be an asset to any society normally – but they’ve been completely brainwashed to the point they have the social skills of a turnip. It’s there opinion or nobodies, and they continue to turn everything into a circus that doesn’t go their way.
Where does it end? They’ve made themselves utterly unemployable.
