Do you know what is funny? Imamoğlu was one of the politicians who defended the rights of Kurds the most. not a single protest was organized in support of him in cities with a Kurdish majority (except for one city) they don’t want to live in peace and harmony with us. they are hostile to us and every single value we have. that’s why they are now allied with Erdoğan, who has been trying for 25 years to destroy Kemalist, pro-Ataturk pro-west turkey. no surprise.

It’s OK guys, Batman is on your side!

It’s interesting to see the Kurds side with Erdogan though.

Could someone explain me in 5 minutes what’s going on in Turkey, please? I have absolutely no idea what’s going on.

    5. Why isn’t there much media coverage about these protests in Belgium/Germany?

Do not forget that Kurdish cities like Diyarbakır is more strictly controlled by the government. It’s kinda hard to organize in these cities. Also, they were busy with the celebration of Newroz. Erzurum and Bayburt are not protested yet, and this is interesting to see while they are not living in strict conditions like Kurds.
