      The article doesn’t say if the family had a certificate of exemption for the dog. Hope the man is okay

      Surely people have learned by now that most breeds of this ilk are really not suitable for families…

      Very very few of the owners of these dogs actually have any exemption.

      Is there a provision in the law that any XL Bully found in, say 15 years, is automatically considered illegal and has to be put down straight away?

      I hope so.
