You know I wouldn’t be mad if the EU flag would have a small nod to each member country like this.

Canada’s DNA is Europe, we need each other more then ever πŸ˜‰

    3. This is a no brainer for the EU to let them join. They stand to gain literally dozens of Canadian mounted police that could respond in under 30 days to an invasion of the Fulda Gap.

Thank you for making us feel welcome! The EU has a lot on its plate atm, but just your speaking up like this helps me feel encouraged that we have allies.

What will the new name be? Eunadian Union? If Ukraine can join, Eukrandian Union?

I am a proud Canadian and I would love to be part of the big EU family

Neoliberalism will destroy the EU, the same way neoconservatism almost destroyed the US.

      Oh fuck yes! πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

      Let’s do it!

      100% serious.

Yes to that and can we reverse Brexit as well. We will be nice this time I promise πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Fuck it. You guys are already better allies than the Orange Reich has decided to be.

Um, maybe the UK or something small in Europe like Moldova first?

As a Canadian, I support the idea of being an EU member.

Lets get our shit together first, because there is still a lot that needs solving…

I’d love nothing more than to join the EU. We already share a border with Denmark.

Canada is not Europe, nor is remotely close to it. May as well invite Australia or Argentina.
What can Canada offer except a massive housing crisis?

      I’m honestly curious about this.

On it’s face Canada is wayyyy too far away from europe to actually benefit from this. But i wonder how much potential it has simply from being right next to the USA as a facilitator of trade.

American companies could have a EU headquarters and customs controls just across the border, and canada could fill much of the role the UK used to before it had an aneurysm.

You know, i would rather see the EU become much, much more integrated with each other, working towards some kind of federalisation. I barely see that happening as is, let alone if Canada joins the EU.

Maybe something similar as the Norwegian model would be better, but there would be little benefit from Canada in that

    19. TacticalTurtlez on

F yeah! But first, can we make the US West Coast part of Canada? At least California? Please?

      Canadian here:

Ifseems like civilians on both sides are here for it…. Why won’t the government make the move!

That was us once πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§. I hope they keep our place warm for us…. Europe is an ideal…distance doesn’t matter…. I’m super proud of our Canadian cousins…
