The HSE recouped €13.2m but wrote off €909,500 of the overpayments.
Possibly not a terrible number given their total payroll size – it represents 0.2% of their payroll.

What does the hse spend all its money on? It’s outdated every way possible, not enough staff anywhere. This needs to be investigated…
I’ll bet zero of that money went to people that are meant to be on the lower wages spectrum
0.2%…..thw rwliablilrtnof the method used to count the difference probably accounts for a lot of that variance.
It’s only our taxes folks, there is an unlimited supply of that.
