      The Netherlands and Belgium are the latest two European countries moving to update their travel advise for the United States for LGBTQ+ citizens.

      The Dutch foreign ministry’s travel advise portal still marks the U.S. as a safe country to visit, but tells people belonging to a sexual minority: “Please note that laws and customs in the US towards LGBTQ+ persons may differ from those in the Netherlands.”

      Fascist societies like to isolate their population to maintain control. This is pretty universal across fascists regimes. Trump and MAGA are working hard to isolate the United States. This helps them create enemies out of the other, even if the other is a similar to them as someone from Canada, Denmark, or the UK. Isolation is one of the many tools that fascist regimes use to maintain control. This is all happening right on schedule.
