They won’t have issues finding students speaking all 4 languages.
The thing is, it’s kind of what tourists expect from us. French tourist will expect to be spoken to in French. The same goes for German tourists and English speaking tourists. Otherwise we will get a rant on this sub about how the LTCO couldn’t answer a single question in english f.ex.
Luxembourgers are expected to know multiple foreign languages while visitors/expats are only expected to know 1.
I don’t see any problem in that, it’s just targeted for those ones who grew up in national school system, not for foreign students.
