      If you’re not buying a house in Dublin it’s very possible to get a grand place for 280k.

      €1650? 793 / 857. Seems fairly normal outside of Dublin.

      They’re me! Bought at 270 last year and a 4.5% interest rate at the time (was just before they started to come down)… But their mortgage is 10 years less
