      Passwords being leaked isn’t a personal condemnation against the subject, unless there are multiple leaks of the same password on different sites *or* *worse* the leaked passwords are still in use. The article doesn’t say that, just that the email addresses and phone numbers still appear in use.

      That said I bet at least one of these are guilty of reusing passwords.
