Ho inviato un piccolo regalo (un paio di calzini economici e una nota scritta a mano) dall’Asia al mio ragazzo in Finlandia. Ho già pagato per la spedizione, ma ora Posti chiede tasse di gestione. Non ne sono stato informato quando ho inviato il pacchetto.
Il mio ragazzo ha bisogno di pagare questa tassa prima che possa ricevere il pacchetto? Se sì, quanto e dove paga? Inoltre, dal momento che è solo un piccolo regalo, c’è un modo per evitare queste accuse? Mi piacerebbe sentire da chiunque abbia esperienza con questo!

Try declaring the item. You won’t have to lay customs because of the low value and maybe not handling fees either. But if you do it’s like 2.50 or something like that.

It says declare the item, which means it’s in customs. It comes from outside EU so it has to be declared. The amount depends on what and how expensive it is. Posti takes some fee too. Shouldn’t be too much. If the value is less than 45e, it should be free (but still needs declaring).
