Stavo lasciando la mia stanza e c’è un piccolo danno sul mio pavimento come mostrato nella foto. Il proprietario sta dicendo che costerà da 45 a 50 euro per mq per cambiarlo e dovrebbe rimuovere l’intero pavimento per questo. Il danno è limitato solo a tutto ciò che è mostrato in questa immagine. Voglio sapere se il costo che dice è ragionevole e dovremmo rimuovere l’intero pavimento per questo. Grazie.

How old is the current flooring and how did this damage happen?
As far as I know if you live there long enough, floor damage is unavoidable and the landlord should take care of it and you don’t have to pay. Not 100% sure but you can Google.
