Of course they did. No sane person would step foot in the USA. It’s too dangerous and risky. Literally every western country is issuing travel warnings for there.

If vikings issue a travel warning for a country, what more need be said.

They really are staggering these warnings… How long can we keep the chain going?

Um… not sure turning the Norwegian flag 45-ish degrees like that is a good idea, in the current climate…. 😉

Has anyone seen a list of the crazy stuff happened to foreign travelers entering USA in 2025? I live near the boarder and we are hearing wild stories in local press re USA customs entry questions

Lmao. These posts are free karma at this point.

Every country is going to issue a travel update based on the gender line item on US travel. Every single one. It won’t be news tomorrow when the next country does so.

    8. Common Nordic standard if Norway, Denmark and Finland issues travel update for US, Sweden will follow soon aswell

Just the fact that they search your phone and ban you for not liking Trump is enough to scare people away.

    11. Norwegians would have a great time visiting… Canada! Almost like home, only with French accent!

As an American, please don’t come here, our house is a mess, hopefully we’ll be able to host again in 6 years.

Seems that it’s very much in line with the assessment made by other European countries in the last few days, including here in Ireland.

What’s particularly frightening is the lack of due process, arbitrary nature of it and that it isn’t just detention, and technical processing, rather it’s extrajudicial punishment designed to send a message.

At least here in Ireland if you were entering the US you go though US customs and immigration in Dublin or Shannon, which at last means you’d likely just be refused entry — as of yet they haven’t started kidnapping people on Irish soil and putting them on detention flights to Arizona, but who knows where this will end up… I really wouldn’t put it past them anymore.

I also get the sense if you got pulled into that detention system that no amount of consular assistance would get you back out again. They don’t care about diplomatic relations and are even openly hostile to them.

Have all European countries agreed to stagger these so we get daily warnings? It would be absolutely fantastic if that was the case
