This is way more than what the lazy Americans are doing to fight back. They’re too busy eating I guess

Not that it is not a beautiful symbolic gesture, but why protest thousands of km from the US instead of in the US?

It’s as if I protest the Spanish government from Japan. Why do they even care? And it is not the japanese who elected our president and neither did we elect those assholes in the white house, leave us alone.

So much negativity in this sub lol.

All this talk about “I don’t see Americans protesting!” and when they finally do, albeit in another country, it’s still looked down upon.

I’m not surprised though, even many Europeans agree that this sub has becoming nothing but “I hate Americans”. Keep spreading the hate, it serves no positive purpose.

“According to the organisation’s website: “Democrats Abroad is the official Democratic Party arm for the millions of Americans living outside the United States.”

So Americans are now represented by a few political activists that live aborad?

To show their total support, Americans in America decided they would eat tacos this evening; yet another incredibly daring act of rebellion, shaking the Trump system to its core

Seems to me it’s just something to feel they’re doing something while knowing it will change nothing. Moreso that expats cannot really change things to the country they have left by afar and is highly debateable if they should have a say. That goes for every expat and is objectively my opinion, despite the fact that i understand why the need to protest this crazy guy. Still my emotion won’t change my logic and stance on the matter which is same the last 20 years
