Serious negotiations will be held in Moscow. After Russia is crushed.
It’s not even April . . .
Russia will only negotiate in good faith once their military or economic capacity to wage war is fully destroyed.
Until then Orc will do as Orc do and want it all, no matter the cost and lives of Russians it will take.
Russia isn’t going to want to cease fire until they start losing. What we need to do is see to it they start losing
