Its fine if you eat it directly. It is its purpose.

All of that is fine to eat as it is, except the bacon, which should be cooked.

Don’t cook any of these. Except the bacon of course.

All of that is to eat directly, except the bacon as you have already been told.
You put the serrano ham on a good ciabatta bread, with extra virgin olive oil and a few slices of tomato and it tastes heavenly. And if you accompany it with a good, very cold beer, I won’t even tell you.

The bacon obviously has to be cooked. Everything else doesn’t and shouldn’t.
And quite frankly, that is a pretty terrible selection. You bought the cheapest shit available, some of which isn’t even particularly Spanish. You should have been a bit more discriminating and bought fewer but better items, like some fine iberico ham.

Dude, did you purposely search for the worst fiambre? Why do you hate your family 😂

I’m sorry to tell you that this a terrible representation of Spanish cured meats. Those are the lowest quality you can find. Good ibéricos are expensive, but the difference in prince is absolutely justified, it’s like eating completely different products.

Congratulations, you bought low quality everything. This grants you the right to compare jamón with prosciutto

All of this is kinda trashy.
Go back and buy ibéricos (jamón ibérico, lomo ibérico, chorizo ibérico, etc)
Then buy chese (queso manchego con romero)

Next time when you go and buy more, go to the delicatessen counter in the supermarket. Don’t buy the prepackaged items. It’s better quality, lower prices (generally) and you get the amount you need.

All you get from Spain is to eat directly. Wont regret 😀
I would cook the Bacon, the rest is good to go

Avoid all this and buy the real stuff, did you buy all this in your local Chino?

Even the bacon can be eaten that way. It is not raw, it is already smoked.

This gotta be ragebait, right? It gives the same vibe as those videos of breaking spaghetti in front of an Italian. So it’s also funny to read some of the reactions. May be you bought these in earnest but, as others have said, it seems you did not get the best Spain has to offer, to say the least. That said, a lot of people in Spain eat these daily, so don’t let these pearl-clutching food divas get you down. Cook the American brand bacon and enjoy the rest as is, with some kind of bread product, preferably a crusty bread. You can also drizzle some of the best extra virgin olive oil you can find (at least do that right), and may be some good tomatoes as somebody else has suggested (not in season in the Northern hemisphere right now, but sliced or grated and used as a spread with a bit of salt and the olive oil, it will be OK). Just experiment or watch a video in youtube. Enjoy!

I don’t understand all the comments. From the posts, it seems everyone eats only top-quality Iberico de Bellota. Certainly, there are better qualities, but OP is back in their home country and not returning to buy different things. Also, freshly cut charcuterie is difficult to move between borders, even prepackaged items could be confiscated by police. Just relax and let OP enjoy their bocadillo de chorizo.

I love the salami called Fuet from Spain. I buy it over there to bring back to the UK every time I go out there.
