“At the time, the Biden administration had not intended to allow Ukraine to carry out such strikes, causing alarm in Washington.”

Sums up the problem with western support for Ukraine in one sentence.

Could you respectfully fight this war with both hands tied behind your back?

But it sank due to the big storm! Don’t you see the enormous waves on the picture?

^(a tiny /s for the really slow ones)

Obvious reason why US is not told before major events. They would have told Ukraine a huge NO. Don’t escalated just react to the orcs actions

To be fair.. and I like saying this:

Russian incompetence certainly played a big role in this too. Russia:”We are a superpower!! wooo!! We are #2!”

Ukraine – You certainly are a #2. Let me help flush you.

Defying expectations seems to be par for the course with Ukraine.

While I despise the current administration in Washington let’s not all think that Biden did everything he could. He left Ukriane vulnerable to a Trump administration.

Perhaps the US expected Ukraine to stop resisting Russia and everyone else could finally trade as before. But it turned out the way it did

It was the time when rumours of russians using nukes against Ukraine and Biden said that as a response “there wouldn’t be a Black Sea Fleet anymore”. Ukrainians, as always, did that by themselves.

That is great news. Nice work in keeping it from The U.S.R.

Expect Ukraine to **n e v e r** again share intelligence with America, along with many other former allies.

Hint: If you are wondering why, look up who’s living at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington DC.

This is just US plausible deniability.

      “Hey we didn’t know!”

They can’t veto what they don’t know. Also it keeps secrets from leaking out. Lots of Russian moles in the US I’m guessing.

It’s always better to ask for “forgiveness” than for permission. Слава Україні! 🇺🇦

Well, it happens that Ukraine is full of brave genius people

To be fair I don’t think there were a lot of people who expected it.
