Sometimes freak accidents happen. And sometimes work related accidents occur. It’s not our business to know.

It says apparently the victim died because of a screw to the head, so in short something exploded,accelerated the screw to a point it acted as a bullet from a gun and pierced the victims head.

Come on man. Show some compassion. Industrial accidents are never pretty. Especially with what is mentioned in the news article. I’m not sure what you expect, the velocity of the screw? Sorry that wasn’t necessary. Still, I mean what I said.
