
La mia connessione Internet Vodafone (WLAN) non funziona da 1 ora e ho provato a contattarli tramite chat (non mi è possibile chiamare a causa di problemi di lingua). Nella chat, hanno menzionato qualcosa come se ci fosse un’interferenza sul percorso di ritorno nella mia connessione o forse nella mia particolare località/area. Devo preoccuparmi di questo? Risolveranno la questione automaticamente o dovrei chiamarli e tentare la fortuna con il cattivo tedesco?

Assuming their diagnosis of the issue is correct, there’s something or someone sporadically interfering with the signal, like a very old appliance with some really unlucky properties or something. If that is the cause, there’s not much to be done about it, since it’s nearly impossible to identify the cause, unless it’s extremely obvious.
That being said, if you do want to call them about it, I’d be very surprised if they had nobody who speaks English in their customer service team – it *is* a compulsory subject for most German students.
At least they already know that there is a fault, which is a good start.
If the fault persists tomorrow, contact customer service (DeepL will help) and complain about the fault. If the fault persists for longer, you can ask for a reduction in the basic monthly price.
