Yet the Ukrainians need to do this just to show to the rest of the civilized world that they trust the process, and to try to shout down the Russians’ predictable and repugnant sniveling over [contrived Ukrainian “violations” of this half-аѕѕеd ceasefire](https://kyivindependent.com/ukraine-denies-russian-accusations-of-ceasefire-violation/).
Undoubtedly it will have zero effect on how Trump views ruZZia, but at least Ukraine did their part. Now if Ukraine sinks a ship in the Black Sea, they can point to this and the ensuing response.
