I lived in new Zealand about 10 years ago and was doing house surveys and writing reports about the condition of housing.
On one house they had a water cylinder and cupboards and I wrote on the report hot press in the upper floor hallway.
When my boss was reviewing the report she said WTFs a hot press. I couldnt even explain to her what it was properly because we didn’t even think of what it was at home because it came so naturally and she honestly thought I had made it up out of thin air
