Please don’t get me wrong, I abhor any and all attacks on Ukraine and especially the civilians.
It’s just bewildering to me how ruZZia can spend millions on a single attack which includes at least one ballistic missile (aforesaid to be a mighty weapon of vast destruction) and they managed to kill 1 person?
Obviously that is one too many; it’s the disconnect between the intent of the weapon and its actual use that is so weird to me.
