You realize the ICC was made to use as a weapon against those who do not obey right? As pointed out by the others, the wielders of this weapon never used it against themselves.
This rule of law you speak of was a farce. Just like justice or peace on stolen land.

ICC, UN, Red Cross….useless bunch wearing suits and attempting to solve problems while having a freshly baked croissant at a 5 star restaraunt after a “productive” meeting.
ICC was designed to arrest African leaders that doesn’t align themselves to western nations, and as soon as a western nation leader is under attack by the ICC, the west is abandoning the ICC. It was never about Rule of Law, it was about control.
Agreeing to listen to South African socialists’ accusations of an imaginary “genocide” in Gaza has cost the ICC a lot of credibility. It’s being used as a tool for antisemitic propaganda.
Back symbolically
Make ICC a requirement of EU membership.. You pull out the ICC, you’re gone from the EU.
