Le caratteristiche principali che sto cercando sono:
- Aiuto con incorporazione / registrazione
- Consulenza fiscale generale sulle ottimizzazioni
- Contabilità in corso
Una di queste piattaforma che ho trovato è https://www.easygov.swiss Il che sembra promettente, ma è un self service. Per ora sto cercando di lavorare con qualcuno che potrebbe gestirlo per me mentre capisco il funzionamento interiore di tutto.

You need to contact Fiduciaries (Treuhandbüro in German) to sort the legal structure, registration at the commercial register and social insurance (AHV/AVS), bookkeeping and VAT registration and some even do accounting and tax services.
Look for Treuhand addresses in the area where you live, write them emails, and then talk to the one who answers. If you prefer English, write in English.
Basically, many of them don’t read email regularly and many don’t speak English, so this filter will save you time.
