Gli screenshot raccontano praticamente l’intera storia. Sono in perdita per cosa fare in questo momento perché ovviamente non ho nessun posto per caricare il mio telefono, posso solo scendere nella hall dell’Haus e caricarlo qui. Questo mi sta facendo perdere la classe due giorni di seguito perché il mio telefono continua a morire e di nuovo non ho idea di cosa fare in questa situazione. Ho anche letteralmente fatto shopping per una tonnellata di generi alimentari ieri la mattina è successo e ora sono solo seduti a rovinare il mio frigorifero perché pensavo che questo problema sarebbe stato risolto ormai ..

Hello, I’m sorry that this happened to you. Normally, in Germany, tenants are responsible for arranging their own electricity supply and signing a contract with an energy provider. If they don’t do this, they are placed on the basic supply plan (Grundversorgung), which is usually the most expensive option.
If that isn’t paid, the electricity can eventually be cut off. It’s best to call the basic provider TWL and try to sort things out with them.
