Proud Canadian here. I buy Canadian first then buy from anywhere else except American. I had trouble buying lettuce so I now grow my own in my basement (still snow here).
I also found it saves money because I no longer impulse buy. If I pick something up that’s not on my list the time it takes for me to find out where it’s from is enough time for me to decide I don’t want it.

I’m too tired and poor to care where my products are coming from, sorry.

Buy British campaign and it had absolutely fk all to do with nigel twatage, the opposite in fact!
If they’re worried about being ‘inward looking’ then change it to ‘buy european and canadian’…

It’s going to be a process, I’d wish Maggie Thatcher was still alive she’d sort the weak shit we have out.

Hi from America! Please Buy British or wherever else you are. Just don’t buy any American products. The only way change will occur is when the rich and corporations start to feel the pain that the rest of us who voted against this regime feel every day.

He’s massively tariffed Scottish Whiskey, don’t think that’ll go down well.
Fuck him, well just drink more of it, at least you don’t have to put up with bubblegum flavour.

Only half!??
Seriously, Britons, what’s wrong with you? You should’ve all pledged never to buy another American good again a long time ago.
There is NO special relationship. Y’all are foreigners, nothing more. Start acting like it.

Drinks is probably the hardest part to aviod as in the UK supermarket about 70 to 80 percent of soft drinks are U.S owned or manufactured?
Stopped going to McD althought their food was overpriced and poor quality. It’s supporting EU & locally produced products.

Labour government is meant to be “for the people” but they clearly won’t listen to public opinion
