I believe that Orban’s Hungary needs to be kicked out of the EU before this can happen.
And if Hungary is kicked out, then the Hungarian people have a choice: ditch Orban and return to the EU, or keep Orban and move into the Russian sphere of influence.
Given their history, I don’t think that Hungarians would accept return to Russian control.
