Hai idea di come ripararlo da solo? O meglio chiamare Handwerker?
È chiudendo ma ho solo paura se causa alcuni problemi.
Per il contesto, viviamo al piano più alto in costruzione di 14 piani e a volte può essere ventoso.

The problem is not the handle but the locking mechanism: With turning the handle, different parts of the window (probably one on each open side) lock into place. Probably one of them is slightly bent or there is some stuff in there that blocks.
Either take a look yourself (open the window and see what moves when you lock it) or get a Handwerker
If you are lucky you “only” need to adjust the window. There are tutorials online how to do it and what to be aware of.
