Most of the convergences in the changes in employment right are toothless at best (“a Federal Collective Bargaining Compliance Act that we promise we won’t actually try to enforce”), to downright evil (“please become scabs by working longer than what your collective bargaining agreement secured as the maximum and we will give you a small tax cut as a reward”).
But at least they will reform the Works Constitution Act to allow online meetings. Still not worth all the union busting SPD is agreeing to here.
