    1. Context: this campaign was funded by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) and launched by FONDI.eu. They made 5 posters promoting ‘Assisted Voluntary Return’ (and some even appeared at bus stops).

The campaign is still active: [https://returns.mt/](https://returns.mt/)

Third-Country Nationals are offered up to €4,000 and a free flight home to leave Malta.

My question is: instead of offering 17 year olds a €6,000 cash grant to not drive a car, or drivers €25,000 to give up their driver’s licence for five years 🙂

For how much money would you just leave Malta if the government offered it to you as a relocation package to a country of your choice?

Edit: (@sidorn) if you already left, for how much would you come back?

    2. Lol your question should be how much is the government willing to pay to bring back the Maltese people who left. The brain drain that has happened in the last years is astonishing, where anyone who’s worth their salt left the country for good.
