Absolutely ludicrous that someone with such a laundry list of prior convictions was allowed to drive in the first place, let alone try and claim a “momentary lapse of concentration”. If being able to drive is so important to him he should have considered caring more about it.

Presumably this chestnut was rolled out to keep him on the road after all of his previous convictions.
His next victim will get to hear it in Court again too, assuming he doesn’t kill them.

This man is a danger to all road users. Should never be allowed drive again. Despite numerous previous convictions has still no regard for the rules of the road.
Should be jailed. Had several warnings but clearly doesn’t learn his lessons.

Im learning to drive. In my 6k drive home this evening, 3 people cut in front of me with no indicators. One guy, was weaving in and out of lanes on a busy roundabout cause he hasn’t a clue where he was going.
It’s only 6k but so many bad drivers. People don’t give a shit.
