Ciao a tutti, sto postando una domanda che non riesco a trovare la risposta da nessuna parte.
1. I graduated in September 2024 and earned my master's degree in Germany.
2. Right after, I started working for company A in October 2024. This job does not meet the blue card salary requirement.
3. In May 2025, I will start working for company B and the new job meets the blue card salary requirement.
Per ora, sono ancora sul visto per cercatore di lavoro (quello di 18 mesi per i laureati dell’Università tedesca). Farò domanda per la carta blu dopo aver superato il periodo di libertà vigilata sul lavoro B. Tuttavia, questa situazione di commutazione del lavoro mi ha confuso per quanto tempo avrei dovuto aspettare per richiedere la residenza permanente.
So che con un livello tedesco B1 e una carta blu, mi sarà permesso fare domanda per il PR dopo aver lavorato sul lavoro B per 21 mesi. Ma la mia domanda è:
🤔 I 7 mesi sul lavoro saranno in contabilità per quei 21 mesi? O inizierà a contare solo quando inizio il lavoro B?
Perché sebbene il lavoro A non mi qualifichi per una carta blu, almeno mi qualificherà per un visto di lavoro qualificato. E come laureato in università tedesca, posso anche richiedere il PR dopo aver lavorato per 24 mesi con un visto di lavoro qualificato. (fonte: https://service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/326558/en/) Quindi sarebbe davvero strano se i 7 mesi sul lavoro A non contano affatto per nulla.
Quindi, se qualcuno conosce la risposta a questa domanda, lo apprezzerei davvero! 🙏
PS: mi sposerò nel 2026 con un cittadino dell’UE (non tedesco). Non sono sicuro che questo aggiungerà alcun bonus per accelerare la sequenza temporale. Dal momento che sto facendo domanda per il PR tramite la carta blu, non come coniuge UE.

It is 21 months on Blue Card from the date the Blue Card was issued. So the time in job A and the probation in job B and the months until you got Blue Card will not count.
Consider applying for 18b AufenthG ASAP. With 18b AufenthG and being a graduate of German uni, you have 24 months until PR. Might be faster than waiting for Blue Card. With 18b AufenthG, the time in job A might count. But again, it is 24 months from the date you got the 18b AufenthG residency permit. So any time working while on the jobseeker does not help you when your goal is a faster path to permanent residency.
The time on jobseeker only counts when you do the regular 60 months to permanent residency.
