Ciò che mi distingue è l’ortografia di “totale” a “tolal”, formattazione identica senza firme o francobolli ufficiali, i codici di ingresso riutilizzati negli anni fiscali non correlati, ecc. Come posso verificare se questo è reale?

I can’t really say for sure if this is forged or not but it doesn’t look like it.
“Total” isn’t misspelled from what I can see. It says “Totali” which from Albanian translates to “Total”.
Also, you can go here [https://arbk.rks-gov.net/TableSearch](https://arbk.rks-gov.net/TableSearch) and search the name “Tofaj”. I found a business called “N.N.SH. Tofaj” all the way down. If you click on it you can find more information like the unique business number and other things like that. Maybe you could try calling ATK (the phone number is on the website) and ask them if they can confirm the legibility of the numbers in the pictures.
FYI, the business seems to be inactive as of now.
