Pls aiutami a comprendere i costi di riscaldamento
Ho ricevuto questo disegno di legge dal mio Immobilian e ho difficoltà a capire i costi di riscaldamento. La bolletta del riscaldamento può essere distribuita in base all’area dell’appartamento? Ho ricevuto una fattura extra di 527 euro per il periodo tra aprile e dicembre.
Qualcuno può dare un’occhiata e dare la tua opinione?

Edit: Saw that you have a central heating system.
Write an email to heizkosten@die-linke.de and tell them you need help to understand the bill.
Very simplified: Page 2 lists all costs for the entire building, page 1 breaks them down to your share for 60 square metres of the total building area or your specific consumption quantities after meter reading (Verbrauchskosten).
