Context: High school students are protesting for their teachers who were laid off. University students are supporting them. The police blockade surrounding them was broken thanks to the public surrounding the police.
Lets hope cooler heads prevail with the police. I have seen this before in Germany during an anti-nuclear demonstration and it unfortunately escalated all the sudden, when a police officer felt threatened by the enclosure and panicked.
