This is a video made by a combat medic in the 60th mechanized who is urgently asking for gas masks for herself and her team. They have already had a position hit with gas once.

We have urgent requests from the 60th Mechanized, the 4th Ranger Regiment, and the International Legion for gas masks and filters. We have found a source in Ukraine that can provide the needed masks for 5200 hrivyna or $125. We would like to order as many as we can as soon as possible.

*This store has limited stock and we may need to purchase some outside Ukraine which means a higher price. Given the urgency in some cases that may be necessary but we will purchase in Ukraine if possible. For OPSEC reasons the medics have asked us not to comment on specifics about type of gas used, areas it’s used in, or specific type of masks required. The masks were selected by an American military veteran with CBRN experience who advised all teams we are assisting on what to get.

I’ve read that if a gas mask supplier is ever publicized, the Russians will buy up every single mask in order to screw over Ukraine. Sounds plausible
